CHEESE CAKE BARS

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz Cream Cheese @ room temp
  • 2 Crescent Rolls packs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 Egg Separated

Directions

  • Directions:
  • Mix Cream Cheese, Vanilla, Sugar, & Egg Yolk
  • Take 1 Roll Crescent Rolls & Line a 9X13 Pan
  • Spread Cream Cheese Mixture on Top
  • Lay 2nd Roll of Crescent Rolls on Top
  • Beat Egg Whites & Spread on Crust
  • Sprinkle Cinnamon & Sugar on Top
  • Bake @ 350 for 1/2 hour
  • In the ones I made, I used 3-8oz packages of cream cheese,
  • 2 crescent rolls, 1.5 cup sugar, 1.5 tsp vanilla, 2
  • seperated eggs. I love the filling, so I like it this way,
  • but you can do what you like. I also did sugar then
  • cinnamon then sugar.
