- 2# cooked hamburger or ground chuck; One small onion chopped; 3/4c. ketchup; 1/2c. mustard; 1/2c. chopped dill pickles; 1 can any biscuits; 6-slices american or can use velveta chunks.
Cook meat and chopped onion and drain. Place in a large bowl. Add ketchup, mustard and pickles, mix well. Place in a baking dish. Top with bisciuts. Bake 400F for 20 minutes, the biscuits should be browned. Top with cheese and bake till melted.
