CHEESEBURGER SOUP

 

  • Cooking Time: 6-8 hours
  • Servings: 8-12
  • Preparation Time: 10

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef and 1 diced white onion seasoned with steak seasoning and some Worcestershire
  • I can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can ro-tel
  • I Velveeta large block cubed
  • 1/2 bag of frozen hash browns
  • 1 32oz chicken broth
  • 1/2lb of bacon chopped

Directions

  • Throw first six ingredients in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. Microwave bacon...put on a paper plate in between 2 paper towels for 3 mins...should be crispy...chop up and throw in right before serving.
