Why I Love This Recipe

Delicate crumbly chocolate dough and softest cottage cheese filling, connected in the original design.

Ingredients:

Ingredients You'll Need

Dough:

100 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
1 egg
250 grams of flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 teaspoon baking powder (or 1 teaspoon of hydrated soda)

Filling:

400 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of sour cream
2 eggs
150 grams of sugar
3 tablespoons of starch
1/5 tsp vanilla


Directions

Preparing the dough.


Soft butter grind with sugar. Add egg and mix. Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder (or hydrated soda), knead the dough and form a ball. From ball separate fourth part, and take it away. The rest of the dough lay out into shape (mine is 22 cm in diameter) roll it to the bottom and form a relatively high boards (at least 5-6 centimeters).


Prepare the filling.


In a deep container put cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, starch, vanilla and eggs.


Beat with a mixer into a homogeneous mass.


Pour the filling into a form with the dough.


Deferred dough piece tear into small pieces of dough and form a flat cake and put it on the surface of the filling, as if it is a giraffe spots. Put in a preheated to 180 degree Celsius oven. Bake for 1 hour.
