1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (6oz) can frozen lemonade, thawed
1 lb powdered sugar
1 (13 1/2oz.) box graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c finely chopped pecans
Cream the lemonade, cream cheese, and sugar by hand. Add crumbs and nuts. Shape into small balls. Chill. Makes about 50 cheesecake balls. ( I got 72 out of my batch).

I got this recipe from a friend, Starshineeliz over on the TOH BB a couple of weeks ago. She said it came from Recipes from friends so tonight I gave them a try. They are keepers, wonderful little cheesecake bites and I am even thinking about dipping some in white chocolate just to see if I can improve on an already yummy treat.
