Cheesecake Cookie Bites
24 mini muffin paper liners
Sugar Cookie Dough
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp real vanilla
1 can pie filling(cherry or blueberry)
PREHEAT oven to 325° F.
Place mini muffin liners in mini muffin pan. Place one tsp of cookie dough in each muffin cup.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla smooth.
Pour 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each cookie in cup.
Bake for additional 13-15 minutes or until set.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Top each with pie filling.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
