3 8-oz pkg cream cheese
3 Tbl vanilla
1 8-oz tub sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
can of pie filling of your choice
Cupcake holders with foil liner
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Mix 1 c. sugar and 2 Tbl vanilla with cream cheese. Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Line muffin tings with foil holders. Fill 3/4 way full of mix. Bake for 35-45 min.
Mix sour cream with 1/2 c. sugar and 1 Tbl vanilla. Cool cupcakes, center will drop. Fill center with crea cheese mixture and bake for 5 minutes. Remove and cool. Top with fruit filling.
