1 cup low-fat buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
Pre-heat oven to 450ºF. Prepare 4-6 custard cups Blend well in stand-up or with immersion
blender. Pour into custard cups; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the hot oven 10 min. in a pan
of hot water. Lower heat to 325ºF. Bake just until centers puff, about 30-35 minutes.
