  • 1-1/2 cups turkey, cooked and diced
  • 1-1/4 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream or 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 green onions with tops, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons stuffed olives, sliced
  • 4 round egg rolls or hot dog or hamburger buns, split
  • Paprika


  • Combine the turkey, 1 cup of the cheese, the celery, mayonnaise, sour cream,
  • mustard, green onions and olives. Mix well. Scoop out enough of centers from
  • rolls to hold mixture (make crumbs out of centers, if desired). Fill hollows in each
  • roll with about 1/2 cup of the filling. Sprinkle tops with remaining cheese and
  • paprika. Place on baking sheets. Cover with foil. Bake at 375-degrees for 20
  • minutes. Serves: 4
