CHEESY ARTICHOKE SPINACH DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch spinach boiled, drained, and chopped
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  • Mix and bake in a shallow pan at 350 for 20 minutes: then broil for the last minute to make it nice and brown and bubbly.
  • Serve with baguette slices or french bread cubes.
