Cheesy Bacon Beef Casserole
1/4 pound sliced bacon, cut in half
1 lb thinly sliced round steak
2-3 carrots, sliced thinly
3 medium onions, sliced thin
5 medium potatoes, sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup beef broth
1 cup cheddar cheese
Layer ingredents in casserole in order above.
Pou 1 cup of beef broth over the top.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake until potatoes are browned
Sprinkle cheese on to and return to oven for 2 minutes to meltg cheese.
