Cheesy Beef Stroganoff
1 lb. groun beef
3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese cut up
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 t. black pepper
Brown meat in large skillet, drain
Stir in 2 cups water; bring to a boil.
Add noodles; stir.
Reduce heat to medium low heat; cover.
Simmer 8 min. or until tender.
Add velvetta, soup and pepper; cook until velvetta is melted; stirring frequently.
