Cheesy Chili Egg Bites
14 Ounces Green Chiles, diced
1/2 Pound Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 Pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded
16 oz Sour Cream
Pepper To Taste
Lay 1/2 the chilies on a 9 X 13” pan on the bottom; cover with 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat the layers.
Beat sour cream with the eggs and pour over the top.
Grind the pepper to taste on the top.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
Cut into small squares to serve.
