- 1 pkg. Frozen Hashbrowns, thawed
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 8 oz. pkg. Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1 Medium Onion, grated
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Mix together all ingredients, reserving a cup of cheese for top. Place casserole in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, remove and top with remaining cheese and return to oven for additional 5-10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
NotesI needed a simple side dish and came up with this one. Kids love it!
