CHEESY HASHBROWNS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. hashbrowns
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the margarine and corn flakes. Put mixture into a 9x13 pan. Melt margarine and mix with corn flakes. Spread over the hash brown mixture and bake uncovered at 375* for 45 minutes.
