Cheesy Italian Tortellini
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb italian sausage (casing removed)
16 oz spaghetti sauce
14.5 oz italian style tomatoes
9 oz fresh refridgerated tortellini
1 cup shredded mozerella
1/2 cup cheddar
Crumble ground beef and sausage in large skillet. Cook and drain. Combine meat, spaghetti sauce and tomatoes in slow cooker. Cover, cook on low 7 - 8 hours. Stir in tortellini and cheeses, cover and cook 15 more minutes on low or until tortellini is tender.
Pairs Well With
One of my daughter's favorites, so easy and so good! I freeze half the ground beef and sausage for the next time, but this recipe only serves four. Can be easily doubled if you are serving more people.
