CHEESY POTATO BAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds shredded frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions

  • Combine potatoes and 1/2 cup melted butter in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix. Add onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 baking pan.
  • Mix 1/4 cup melted margarine and corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoe mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
