Cheesy Potato Patties
Betty Crocker Potato Buds, enough for 4 servings
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
2/3 cup Betty Crocker Potato Buds, dry
2 to 4 Tbsp butter for frying)
Prepare potatoes as directed on the package for 4 servings except decrease water to 1 cup.
Stir in cheese and onion.
Refrigerate until cool enough to handle, about 10 minutes.
Divide into 6 equal parts; shape each into a patty.
Coat patties with dry potato buds.
Heat butter in a 10 " skillet.
Cook patties over medium heat until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
