1 package (large) velvetta cheese
1 Jimmy Dean sauage (found in grocer by bacon - you choose what flavor)
1 jar of salsa (you choose the flavor - mix it up for fun.

Precook sauage, drain and cool. Once cool break up to little pieces.

Add cut up velvetta, sauage and salsa to crock pot.

Place crockpot on medium (lid on), Stir often!

Once all the cheese is melted place crock pot on warm and stir often.

If cheese starts to get lumpy, place crock pot on medium for a bit.

I usally throw in half of another block of cheese part way thru a gathering if needed. This will reheat for up to a week, just be sure to only reheat what you are going to use and keep the rest for later.

Pairs Well With

This is awsome. You will run out of this at your first party. Enjoy!
