CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP
Cheesy Vegetable Soup
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 6
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 2 chicken boullion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups water
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp milk
- 7 1/2 oz of Cheez Whiz
DIRECTIONS
2 potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
½ medium onion, diced
2 chicken boullion
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups water
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp milk
7 ½ oz of Cheez Whiz
Put vegetables in the 4 cups of boiling water with boullion cube and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, make a paste of the milk and flour. When vegetables are tender add the flour/milk paste slowly until soup thickens. Add Cheez Whiz until melted and completely stirred in.
Makes 6 servings.
