CHEESY VEGETABLE SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 chicken boullion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 7 1/2 oz of Cheez Whiz

Directions

  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • 2 chicken boullion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 7 ½ oz of Cheez Whiz
  • Put vegetables in the 4 cups of boiling water with boullion cube and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, make a paste of the milk and flour. When vegetables are tender add the flour/milk paste slowly until soup thickens. Add Cheez Whiz until melted and completely stirred in.
  • Makes 6 servings.
