Ingredients You'll Need
French bread baguette
1 Tin of corn
1 Green pepper
1/2 onion
Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
10 Pickled jalapeños
2 cups grated Mozrella cheese
6,7 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp butter
Olive oil
Directions
Grind the corn in a food processor just 1 time such that it does not form paste.
Add onion & green pepper in the food processor & grind them with corn.
Take this mixture in a bowl
Add salt ,black pepper,oregano,cheese to this mixture
Keep this mixture aside
Prepare garlic paste with garlic cloves
Now heat butter in a small pan
Add garlic paste after butter melts
Heat it for 2 mins so that garlic gets cooked with butter
Add this to the corn mixture
Mix properly
Chop some jalapeños & add to corn mixture
Now preheat the oven to 350 deg F
Slice the bread & cut in small portions
Brush up the bread with some Olive oil
Then put the corn mixture on the bread
Arrange some jalapeños on top if you wish.
Keep the bread in the oven for 15 min until cheese melts.
