Cheezy Spinach Balls
2 - 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 cups herbed stuffing mix
2 onions, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 cup butter, melted
5 eggs, beaten
Cook spinach according to instructions on package.
Drain well, patting moisture out with paper towels.
Add stuffing mix, onions, cheese, garlic salt, pepper, and thyme.
Add butter and then eggs.
Form into walnut sized balls.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
**These can be frozen on a cookie sheet and then placed in freezer containers. Remove from freezer and bake.
