Chef's Hot Fudge Sauce

This sauce must be served hot, it's too thick at room temp.

 


INGREDIENTS

  • 5 oz unsweetened cocoa powder sifted
  • 6 oz brown sugar
  • 6 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
