- green leaf lettuce
- baby spinach leaves
- (both hand tore to bite sized)
- 1 red onion, sliced & in rings
- 2 cucumber, sliced
- 6 tomatoes, cut in bites
- 8 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb. ham, diced
- 1 lb. turkey, diced
- bacon bits
- sharp cheddar
- seasoned croutons
- 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced in half or quaters
DIRECTIONS
Wash & cut all veggies.Mix first 9 together in a large bowl. Transfer to a large plater. Top with cheese & croutons. Place eggs around salad. Just set salad plates on table with many kinds of dressing, & watch them dive in!
