NotesCold Beer with Lime Juice and Salt
Cold Beer with Lime Juice and Salt. This is an amazingly refreshing version of the standard cold beer. Once you try it you'll never settle for simply wedging a lime into your Corona.
Locals in Mexico proclaim this is a great way to drink beer without getting a headache. They are popular year-round, but especially in the hottest months, May and June. Be sure to use fresh lime juice. You can also create what is known as the Michelada by adding in a little tabasco sauce.
