CHERRIES JUBILEE SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups canned cherries
  • 2 tablespoons sweet wine, such as port
  • 1/4 cup brandy

Directions

  • Heat cherries with wine in the top of a chafing dish; add brandy, ignite and stir until the flames die.
