Ingredients

1 cup pitted Lambert Cherries
1/2 cup coconut Silk
1 banana
1 heaping Tbls almond butter
8 almonds
2 cups ice


Blend all of the ingredients in a Vitamix, on high for about 30 seconds.


Add the ice and blend for another 10-15 seconds.


Drink and enjoy!
