CHERRY COBBLER

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large can of sour cherries, drained

Directions

  • Place melted butter into a deep baking dish. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour over butter, do not stir. Put cherries on top of batter, do not stir. Bake for 45 min to an hour
