- 1 cup icing (confectioners) sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- maraschino cherry juice
- Blend butter, icing sugar and cocoa together. Add enough cherry juice to make a spreadable icing.
- Spread on cooled cake. Cut into squares. Garnish with cherry pieces if desired.
