- 1 carton Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/8 cup sugar
- Mix graham cracker crumbs butter and 1/8 cup of the sugar in an 8x8 pan. Beat cream cheese and add 1/4 cup sugar. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Pour cherries over crumb mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture over cherries. Sprinkle with leftover crumbs.
- Chill before serving.
NotesMy Aunt use to make this all the time, it will always be a favorite of my childhood desserts. Very simple and easy to make as well.
