Ingredients

  • 3 -4 ice cubes
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 1 part cherry brandy
  • 1 part sloe gin
  • 1 part gin
  • crushed ice
  • lemon rind strips, to decorate

Directions

  • put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker
  • Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup, grenadine, cherry brandy, sloe gin and gin
  • Fill a highball glass with finely crushed ice
  • Shake the mixture until a frost forms
  • Strain it into glass
  • Decorate with lemon rind strips and serve
