- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Melt butter and place in a bowl. Add brown sugar, egg, flour, powder, salt, vanilla and pecans. Mix together well.
- Pour into a well greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until test done.
