Chicken, Broccoli & Stuffing Casserole
4 chicken breasts
1-2 bunches of broccoli, cut up
1 (8 oz) pkg cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans mushrooms
1/2 cup mayo
1 large box Stove Top Stuffing
Cook chicken breasts for 20 minutes in boiling water. Cool and cut up into bite-size pieces. Meanwhile, cook broccoli; drain and mix with chicken and all other ingredients. Put into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Make the stuffing mix and put on top of the casserole. Bake another 15 minutes.
