Ingredients You'll Need

1 pkg (1.25 ounces) hollandaise sauce mix; cooked according to package directions
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tsps lemon juice
1 box 10 oz. Birds Eye frozen Asparagus Cuts
1 dash cayenne pepper


Directions

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; cook chicken strips over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until browned, stirring occasionally. Add hollandaise sauce, lemon juice and asparagus. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes or until asparagus is heated through. (Do not overcook.) Add cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to taste
