Chicken & Rice Soup Mix

Ingredients

2 T instant rice
1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp dried onion flakes
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 tsp dried celery flakes
1 (4 1/2 oz) can chunk chicken


In a small bowl, combine instant rice, chicken bouillon, dried onion flakes, pepper, dried parsley flakes, & dried celery flakes. Mix well and place in small ziplock bag and seal. To cook, use mug that will hold at least 1 1/2 cups. Place soup mix from bag in mug. Pour boiling water over mix, cover, & let sit for 5 minutes. Add drained chicken from can to ingredients in mug. Mix well and heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
