- Garlic powder

- bay leaf
- Brown the chicken thighs in a large pot using olive oil. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Once brown, throw in equal parts water and soy sauce. Then throw in 1/2 part vinegar. Cut potatoes in quarters and throw them in. Put bay leaf in and cover. Let simmer for 30-50 minutes.
