Chicken Alfredo Parmigiano

Serves 4 | Prep Time 15 | Cook Time 30


4 boneless, skinless chicken halves

1 egg, slightly beaten

3/4 cup of italian seasoned dry bread crumbs

1/4 tsp paprika

1 jar of creamy alfredo sauce

1 medium tomato, chopped

4oz mozzarella cheese, thickly sliced

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1lb of your favorite pasta (i prefer angel hair or fettucini)

1. preheat oven at 400 F

2. mix bread crumbs and paprika

3. dip chicken in egg then in bread crum mixture

4. in 13x9 in dish arrange chicken

5. bake for 20 minutes

6. after baking evenly pour 1 cup of alfredo sauce over chicken; then top with tomato and cheeses

7. bake another 10 minutes

8. meanwhile boil large pot of lightly salted water; cook pasta. drain. i usually pour remaining alfredo sauce from jar into pasta

9. serve and enjoy
