Chicken Breasts wtih Sour Cream
6 chicken breasts, skinless
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Saute chicken in butter. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Set aside.
Saute onion, celery and green pepper in pan drippings until tender. Remove from pan and cool slightly. Combine vegetables with mushrooms, sour cream, salt and pepper. Spoon over chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken tests done
