Chicken Broccoli Dijon
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (14 oz.)Chicken Broth (1 3/4 cups)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups broccoli flowerets
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles, cooked without salt
COOK chicken in nonstick skillet until browned.
ADD broth, garlic powder and broccoli.
Heat to a boil.
Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done.
MIX flour, milk and mustard.
Gradually add to broth mixture.
Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve with noodles.
