Chicken Burritos (low-fat!)

Ingredients You'll Need
8 wheat flour tortillas
1 onion, chopped finely
4 boneless/skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
4 tomatoes, roughly chopped
3 green onions, sliced finely
vegetable oil spray
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tub salsa
Preheat oven to 300F.
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil&cook in oven for 10 minutes.
Spray large non-stick pan with oil. add onion & cook until softened.
Add chicken until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in taco seasoning.
Turn oven up to 350F.
Put chicken mix in center of each tortilla & add tomatoes & green onions.
Fold tortillas into parcels & put in an ovenproof dish.
Cover & cook for 20 minutes.
Spoon salsa over burritos before serving.
*I added jalapenos and nonfat-organic mexican shredded cheese before i wrapped the burritos!
