Chicken Cheese Broccoli

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick oleo, melted
2 pkg (10 oz each) frozen broccoli heads, thaw and drain
1 cup instant rice (cook in 2 cu water, drain)
12 oz velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken (celery)
cooked chicken or ham (~3 cups?)


melt oleo


place in 13 x 9 pan


mix remaining ingredients in bowl


put on top of oleo


Bake at 325 for at least 40 minutes (needs to cook through and be bubbly in corners)
