Chicken Cordon Blu Casserole
1 pound baby red potatoes, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 pound of chicken tenders
1 12 oz package of broccoli floweretts
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces of ham, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 TBSP parsley
1 clove of garlic, chopped
In large microwave safe bowl, add 2TBSP of water and potatoes, cover and microwave for 5 minutes or until tender.
Mix potatoes in with chicken and all other ingredients, mix well.
Place in a 9X13 casserole pan.
Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 50 - 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and cheese begins to brown.
