4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1 pound broccoli flowerets, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 Tablespoons butter
1 cup bread crumbs
Place broccoli in a greased casserole dish.
Place cut-up chicken on top of the broccoli.
Mix together the soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder.
Spread on top of chicken.
In a medium skillet, melt the butter.
Add the bread crumbs and brown them.
Place on top of cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
