  • 1 lb diced cooked chicken breast
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. real mayo
  • 1 tsp curry
  • cooked white rice
  • shredded cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350 deg.
  • Mix in bowl soup, mayo and curry. Place cooked chicken in casserole dish. Pour broccoli over chicken and spread soup mixture over. Bake for 15-20 min or until sauce is heated through. Spread cheese over mixture. Bake for 10 min or until cheese is melted. Serve over rice
