Chicken Egg Rolls
1 Chicken thigh cooked and cubed
2 Carrots shredded
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Teaspoon cooking oil
2 Teaspoon cornstarch
10 Egg roll wraps
Wilt cabbage by putting in microwave and cooking for 4 minutes. Mix together chicken, carrots, ginger, soy sauce, cornstarch, oil and cabbage. Spoon diagonally onto wrap, fold. Spray pan with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees F. until golden brown about 25 minutes.
