Chicken Enchilada Casserole
1 (2 to 3lbs. ) chicken, cooked & boned
1 pkg. Nacho flavored Tortilla chips
1 large can evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 ( 10. 1/2oz ) can green enchilada sauce
½ lb. Grated cheese ( I used the Mexican Blend)
Place one half the chips in 9 by 13 baking dish.
Add a layer of chicken, cover with ½ of the cheese.
Mix together milk ,soup & sauce.
Pour one half of mixture over cheese.
Bake 350. 30 to 40 min. till bubbly.
