1 frying chicken boiled and deboned- reserve broth.
2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg flour tortillas
1 pkg enchilada mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small onion
Cook onion in small amount of butter; add soup . 1 c chicken broth and enchilada mix,. Stuff flour toritillas with chicken, spoon over cream mix. Sprinkle over grated cheese and wrap. Lay in greased pan . Bake 25 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer.
