Chicken Fried Chicken
2 to 4 Chicken Breast
1/4 cup of milk
2 cups of flour
Seasoning Salt *optional but adds good flavour
Prepare in a bowl the milk and eggs. Mix the 2 until well blended (I usually add a little salt and pepper and seasoning salt to the egg/milk mixture too). In another bowl mix the flour, salt and pepper and seasoning salt(it's up to you as to how much you would like). Dip the chicken in the egg/milk mixture until well-coated. Then dip the chicken into the flour. Deep fry until cooked. Serve with your choice of gravy and sides.
