CHICKEN MARINADE FOR BARBQUE

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. butter
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 cups catsup
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • grated rind of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  • Melt the butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and simmer for 25 minutes. Makes 1 quart.
