6 Chicken breasts
12 salami slices (or dried beef)
12 slices of swiss cheese (or provalone)
6 slices of bacon
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
1/4 cup of mayonnaise
Pound your chicken breasts so they are uniform in thickness or slice in half. Place cheese slices on each breast, layer with salami or dried beef, roll each breast up and wrap with a slice of bacon.
Stir together mushroom soup, chicken soup and mayonnaise. Place chicken in baking dish and cover with soup mixture. Bake at 375 for 45 min, check to ensure internal temp is at least 165 degrees.
Serve over rice or noodles
